Wedding Bells

On Friday, Sept. 2, 2005, two really good friends of mine were finally married after being with each other for 9 years. Was special for two reasons. One, my girlfriend was one of the bride's maids. She looked absoultely gorgeous in a pastel green (the color was called peridot) gown and I had to do my best to not just ravage her as she walked down the aisle. The other reason is the bride, whom I nearly 6 years ago in an acting class, introduced me to my girlfriend while we had that class. To finally see my friend with her husband makes me happy. I got so teary eyed when they said their vows as you could tell they were speaking from the heart. Made me realize that I have the same kind of love for my girlfriend as they have for each other. Makes me realize how lucky I am.
