Spent the Fourth of July with the Enchantress at her belly dancing instructer's house. Was nice (and different) since it wasn't the family thing and it was different people that I don't really know. They had about $300 worth of fireworks and I was able to nab a few shots. Obiviously my cameraphone wasn't meant to take pics like that, but the ones I did get were interesting. Large flashes with streaks coming out.
Independence Day is always one of my favorite holidays. Makes me appreciate everything that people before me did. From fight wars in other countries to fight wars here to make society a better place. Not sure if anyone reads these post, but if any soliders out there do, thank you very much. You have my respect.
